Terms
By using T-REX you agree to these terms. We tried to keep them short.
This is not legal advice
T-REX is a software tool. It reads TREC forms with AI and tells you what it finds. It is not a lawyer, doesn't represent you, and doesn't replace one. For high-stakes deals, talk to a Texas-licensed attorney or your broker before signing anything.
What you get
- Free quick scan — basic terms and a few red flags, generated by a fast AI model. Useful as a sanity check.
- $5 Full Report — clause-by-clause review by a single frontier model (Claude Sonnet 4.6).
- $12 Agent Panel — the same review run by three frontier models (Claude Opus, GPT, Gemini Pro) so you can compare.
What you don't get
Guarantees. AI makes mistakes. We aim for accuracy but can't promise it. Use the output as a starting point, not a final word. If something looks off, get a human to look at it.
Refunds
If the AI fails to produce a report after you pay, email us within 7 days at /contact and we'll refund you. We can't refund Lightning payments — they're one-way by design — but we'll re-run the review or credit a future scan.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload contracts that aren't yours to share.
- Don't try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- One PDF per upload, max 10MB. Texas TREC forms only.
Limit of liability
Use of T-REX is at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the prior 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes go to courts in Travis County, Texas.
